| I tried to do it without pulling the plenum. You can't get the bolts holding the tubes to the valve out with the plenum on. And you can't get the tubes out with the plenum on. You can cut them with a dremel if you like, but unless you have the hands of a surgeon, I wouldn't recommend that given the proximity of other important lines/wires/etc. in the area you would need to cut. Basically, to do the job properly and efficiently, the plenum needs to come off.
